Have had coverage through my Employer for many years and have never had issues with Staff or Coverage. If the insured has any issues first read your Policy Brochure and if any clarification on coverage contact Customer Service. In my experience , the staff has always been helpful and answered questions on coverage.

In my experience, they provide an efficient, friendly and cost efficient service. We've been using MDM for 5 years and they have been the most affordable Group Benefits provider I've ever seen. Many of the reviews here seem to be from people who are not happy with their insurance coverage, not the performance of the service provider.

This is by far the worst insurance company, they are unprofessional not responsive to any claims that are big expenses such as medication for diseases such as asthma. They don't return calls and when you do get them they are unhelpful at best. I have been with many other insurance companies and they are %100 better in professionalism and quality of service, how this has been able to be a insurance company is beyond me.

Laura is the best. Give her a raise. As for some of the others, the level of rudeness, the tone of condescension and lack of empathy is just unbelievable. Sorry we are not all experts in how policies work, that is your job. It is also therefore, your job, to ensure you are communicating in clear and understandable language. I cannot remember the other woman's name, but when I find it, fire her. She is awful and must be related to the owner/ CEO because it is unbelievable that she gets aways with speaking to people the way she does.

Awful insurance provider. Every claim I've submitted has been a struggle or a fight to get it completed. I don't have high medical needs, just very standard claims like teeth cleaning and normal health claims. Every single claim I've submitted has been a feedback struggle of different forms and incorrect amounts repaid.

Had a wonderful experience with MDM insurance and feel the need to call out Karen Bruce for her prompt care and concern with my dental claim. i told her she was the gold standard in customer care and should be recognized as such! I would recommend she provide customer service training at MDM all the front line staff. This was the first time in dealing with MDM claims that i felt valued as a person and not a burden. Steve

I wanted to take a moment to recognize Viki Carayannis, The manager of Claims at MDM. How often do you get personalized service from a member of management? Let's be honest not too many times. Viki made us feel that she had time for us and treated us with the utmost professionalism and was extremely efficient as well. We felt like valued members and she went above and beyond for us. She followed up in a timely manner and got our issue rectified right away. I have never had better service and it makes me feel more confident in MDM that they have such a competent leader. She is truly outstanding she has has made us likely to refer other companies to start using MDM as their insurance carrier. Literally restored our faith all together. You have an excellent manager there I am sure she will continue be a valuable asset to your company. She deserves a promotion!

I had a lengthy conversation with a representative at MDM insurance today. I was confused when I called and was looking for both clarification regarding a claim and guidance to avoid a repeat experience. Kim was patient with me, listened carefully to my concerns and gave me specific direction that I needed to take to ensure that my claims would be managed. At the end of our phone call, I felt grateful and had a path to fix my mistakes. Thanks Kim and thank you MDM.
