Had a vehicle safety inspection for my Infiniti here. They were close to home and had an opening the same week. Since someone was interested in purchasing my vehicle I figured it can't be that bad...boy was I wrong. Brought my vehicle to the appoinment that afternoon and there was just one other customer present. At the end of the appointment I was told that my vehicle did not pass safety and I needed over $4000 in repairs. Not sure if it made a difference but I had my winter tires on at the time, they advised me that I needed all four wheel bearings replaced because it was too noisy. Wheel bearings don't usually all go bad at the same time. I have had bad wheel bearings on my previous cars and this vehicle did not sound like that. When I went to pick up my vehicle that evening, not another customer in sight. Makes me wonder if they just needed to meet their targets. They gave me the option to hold off on signing the forms for a few weeks to get the issues corrected. I ended up taking my vehicle to another shop as I was in disbelief. The other shop told me that they haven't seen this vehicle in such great shape. Passed the vehicle safety inspection without any issues. McPhillips Nissan gave me a hard time when I went back for the failed inspection report that I had paid for, telling me that I no longer needed them since I had another inspection completed. Also brought it to my personal mechanic (30+ years of experience) to have the wheel bearings checked and he did not find any issues. Save your money and don't bring your car here for a vehicle inspection.

I’m not one to write bad reviews, but after feeling consistently frustrated with the level of service I have received at this dealership I thought it would be of benefit to other people who read these reviews to share what I experienced. If you are a first time or even experienced buyer, trust your instincts and be very careful. I purchased a brand new vehicle from this dealership, and my friend bought a vehicle of another brand at the same time. After comparing his experience to my own from purchase to post-sale service, I feel very disappointed. It’s been months since I bought my vehicle and the salesperson never contacted me regarding a service, was so quick with explaining the warranty details and other crucial details of the car to jump to the sale and exhibited unprofessional behaviour through some comments. Later, when I brought my car for a service, the service representative argued about the issue with me rather than address my real concern and provide me with concrete steps on how to resolve the issue. Furthermore, when they completed the oil change, there was no consultation about the process, whereas my friend got a 4 page report about their vehicle conditions and an entire walk through of the process at a competing brands dealership. There are certainly friendly people who work at this dealership that I’ve briefly come across, however it seems that more often than not you may be at risk of receiving subpar service and follow up especially if you don’t necessarily know what to expect or ask for.

The purchase of my car wasn’t a good experience and it felt like a push sale. There was a verbal agreement on block heater and still waiting for it from last 5 months and they don’t care. But the sales rep Matthew was good. He looks for the benefit of customers but it looks the management doesn’t care about customer service.

My girlfriend went to purchase a new vehicle at Mcphillips Nissan and all started well. The sales rep was great and found her a vehicle that fit her needs. Everything was fine until she met with the finance manager. He told her he got three quotes from the bank and said the best rate he could get her was 6.99% interest. Seems outrageous considering she’s in good credit standing. However, with extra loan insurance he could get her a rate under 4.5%. When she asked to see the bank rates, he panicked and brought in his superior to “fix” the problem. As it turns out, he never got three quotes and of course he makes a commission on the insurance. I understand that all dealerships are going to try and squeeze every penny they can get (especially in pandemic times), but this was just on another level. The level of incompetence and unprofessionalism is something else. I was pretty disgusted when my girlfriend called me crying and described the story. Some people like this seriously need to stop trying to take advantage of women when purchasing a car. Don’t lie to them, they’re smarter than you think.

I met with Robbie to discuss purchasing a CPO. When I requested more info from the site, he was very prompt to call me back and discuss my options. When I met with him in person, he was very friendly and knowledgeable with the car that I was interested. I did not feel pressured to make a purchase in any way. I would recommend this dealership to anyone interested in looking to buy a new or CPO vehicle.

NISSAN MC PHILLIPS set an absolute best standard for a quintessential customer satisfaction, that’s from the time I walked into the dealership up to the moment I drove out from their building my newly-acquired SUV. Their sales consultant, Ms. Evelyn Lucas helped me get into a very nice 2021 NISSAN QASHQAI. She was self-motivated, personable and patient. She worked with Mr. Lito Dabu in finance who was also great. Evelyn and Lito were both very transparent and really made sure that I get the best deal and add ons I wanted. Also, they were responsive and extremely knowledgeable not only about the vehicle itself, but in walking me through the entire process. It could not have been more seamless and made the process very pleasant without their help which made my customer experience unparalleled - above and beyond in every aspect! Coz for them Selling is not about “impression” but’s all about “expression”.

Had a great time buying a new (used) commuter vehicle. Dre was excellent to deal with. He is a young saleman but what he lacks in experience he definitely makes up for in kindness and energy. If he didn't have an answer, he would get it for you. Very low stress level working with him on my new purchase. Would highly recommend him and the rest of the staff. They are all friendly and make you feel more like a friend than just another customer.
