★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My cousin and i went in at around 10:10 am it wasn't crowded but the drive through did have a decent amount of customers. We ordered using the self order touchscreen. I paid at the counter my cousin paid at the self order . I got my food about 10 mins later. Then we waited about 20 mins for my cousin's order. He went up to the talk to a McDonald's crew member. He started to speak she glanced at him for a second and walked away. So we waited another 10 mins so now it is 30 mins for my cousin's order. I'm like thats it. I take his receipt and go upto the window where the hand you your order at the cash and inform a crew member that we haven't received this order and it has been 30 minutes. She take the receipt to who I believe was the manager who gives it to another crew member who is bagging food. Then that crew member walks up to us and asks what the order was. We both in unison say its in the receipt. She says oh, okay. And a few mins later my cousin gets his order. And we hit the road. I open my egg mcmuffin blt to find no egg. Just two half in pieces of dried bacon some lettuce a tomatoe and a slice of cheese. So yeah. I am not impressed at all.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I mean it's McDonald's. The food is about what you would expect. I'm a former employee of McDonald's I worked overnights in a busy location. My main complaint is it's very slow here. Every time I've gone I wait for what feels like an eternity, even if I ordered something simple (example: junior chicken, it's literally just mayo, lettuce and chicken) and they have like 5 staff in the kitchen, like 5 up front dealing with clients and drive thru and you still wait 10 minutes for food. I was most of the time alone on the kitchen at my location and understaffed up front with way more clients. It took me alone about the same time to make food and my colleagues to serve food with more clients than this place. Sorry didn't wanna go on a tangent but it just sorta bothers me, it's not even the worst thing in the world but I feel like they should get somebody to train people differently to improve their speed

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very dirty, floors dirty, tables were sticky, mirror is bathroom dirty, no paper towels to dry your hands ... last time I go inside to eat here

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Overwhelmingly mediocre experience. It's like I'm gambling to get an OK order or straight up wrong, botched items in my bag. Fresh fries are basically non-existant, a myth, and never properly filled. I'm buying a medium and I get a small serving for the same price, you can't make this up. If you like playing the waiting-game, its also a good place for it, as the employees will take their sweet time on your order. Get your staff straight, you guys.
I have gone to other establishments and services were just fine. It doesn't matter if its rush hour or not, i could count on my fingers the amount of good services I've had.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Most of the time I use the drive through to grab a coffee or sometimes I will go inside to use the rest room. I don't understand why the floor is always greasy?? From the restroom, to the main restaurant to the outside of the main entrance, the floor is greasy! Place needs a good clean. Last visit there was no milkshake and my fries were cold and tasted stale.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Location is ideal, the food is always hot and well cooked. The only negative opinion I have is concerning their drive-through system. 3 out 5 they make you park in a overflow area. You can wait up to 10 minutes before someone-to bring your order, and sometimes they forget to include the the ketchup and straw and so on...,

Anyhow i ended up not eating it for this reason and because it was bathed in mayo ??
I even wonder if the no sugar iced cofee I ordered was really no sugar.
Service was pretty fast tough.
