The service was horrendous, there was a mid age rude white woman working as a manager on the night shift that had horrible customer service. I could not believe how she was acting in front of my kids and wife. She had zero care that I had two young kids in the care. She swore tons of time. My kids got cold food and items were missing from my order, when I asked for a refund I was told that she couldn’t do it and that cops were being called on my family. Overall I was extremely disappointed with the way she was acting towards me and my family. We had cops called on my family could’ve been because we were black, I wouldn’t put it by her

I have been to this McDonald's a number of times, and the service and quality have been standard for McDonald's. This time around, the Drive Thru was a disgrace. Pulled in behind 1 vehicle, and watched, stuck between vehicles for 20 minutes, as one side flowed through, while no orders taken on our side. Finally 1 car alerted the McDonald's staff to their ignorance of the outer lane, to which the employee responded, and I could hear it, "I am supposed to be off already, I can't take orders from both sides of the Drive Thru". I happen to know that is a lie, as the headsets have a button for each lane, it is simple. So, the car in front of me just pulls away, and has to wait another 10 minutes to leave through their loading area. I pull through thinking I'll leave too, but guess what, guy behind me gets his order taken. He was nice enough to put my request on to his order, and even offered for the lady in front of me who declined and left. Well, now I'm getting my order... nope... gotta wait another 15 minutes... for the 3 cars in front of me.... This will be my last visit here.

This was my worst McDonald's experience I have ever received. I drove up to the drive-through order screen and nobody greeted me even after I said hello and hi like 5 times. I waited 5 minutes and still nothing. I proceeded to drive to their pay window but nobody appeared at all. During this entire time, there is a customer in their car in front of me and he's also been waiting 15 min. or more because he was there when I arrived. When I finally drove up to the last window after the customer in front of me leaves I'm stuck waiting another minute longer until the 1 person working greets me and I tell him I couldn't order at the order screen because nobody took my order! He refused to take my order and asked me to drive all the way around again even after explaining to him that nobody greeted me at their order screen. Close your restauraunt if you don't have the workers available to work! Avoid this McDonald's at all cost in the late evening to early morning.

I recently visited, this location I let the. Drive through person,no what I wanted. She repeated the order,to me she said. The total I got to,the window took my order. I parked my vehicle, looked in the bag. I was missing,a small fry went to the window. The person said if, I would like another fry. I would have to, pay for it they did. Not charge me,for the small fry but I. Ordered a small fry, he said he can't do anything about it. I said I would, call head office his response. Was have a nice,day that's great costumer service. I called the owner, never heard back from Jeff.

Always a 15 minute wait if you go at night. That is if they actually answer you at the drive through. And if you get sick of waiting and you try to put your order at the window. They refuse to take it and tell you to go around to wait another 15 minutes in line. No attempt at service. McDonald's just doesn't care about customer service anymore. Especially this store. Always an issue.

Hits the spot. The low rating is because I Realized that you can order more toppings on the burgers with no extra charges. I wish this was something that didn’t have to be added. More pickles, more sauce, more lettuce, you can add more cheese as well For a cost. The location we go to always has amazing service and everyone is very kind and polite

Well, took a while to get my order taken correctly at the speaker. Then i paid. Picked up my order, and it was not correct. Ceispy burger ordered grilled requested sauce change, and that was also missed. Order large drink no ice and received medium with ice. But hey, I got the large fries i asked for. That's why i gave 2 star's at least the fries were correct.

First of all thanks all the staff. Curb side is worse. 15 minutes or more wait time. Upon evaluating this McDonalds service very bad. Missing condiments always. Understaff. Thanks ? again for your service.
