They didn't have all the ice cream flavors we were looking for... so this visit was really disappointing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One person is handling the cash register, taking orders and preparing the drinks/deserts all at the same time. No hand washing after handling cash. No ordering etiquette as the person after me ordered the same drink and got their order before me and kept asking for extra stuff on his drink and napkins from the only person working while I was in a rush to leave. It looks like the employee needs some help and it's stressing him out but it's not up to him I guess as it's more profitable this way.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ “Bring your own Plates”- is what I got when I asked for couple of extra plastic cutlery plates.
I understand savings but this was plain right cheap. Are they running a restaurant or joking if you are suffering loses just shut down dont tell a customer to bring their own plates!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ When I went to there the wife of the owner was so rude to me. She was making my food and she was doing a bad job and in a nice way I asked if she can remake it but Instead she yelled at me and told me that I should leave! I have been here before and the lady that was here before was way nicer. She always took care of me and made sure that I was satisfied with my order. Never going back again!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 10/10 amazing. Place is properly ventilated and everything. I do suggest that there’s more of a selection of ice cream. But crepes are amazing! Clean and well maintained dessert place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The man working here (whom I assume is also the owner) is rude asking him politely to give me a takeout box . He threw it and asked me to place the food on the table ( I was close to the cashier) very rudely. I was shocked. I think that the woman who works here and her daughter (I believe) are usually much more friendly and easier to approach as compared to him. I’ve been coming here for the past decade but it is a BIG X now.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The best mango juice. The price is good. I love it it is an amazing place to visit at Ottawa. All the people I know recommend me. It is really traditional and nice place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the better dessert places in Ottawa. They have a variety of different fresh juices, crepes, waffles and ice cream. My favorite is the mango cocktail with ashta, pistachio and honey. The customer service and design could use some improvement.
