V	Vanja Cingel on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A little disappointing, even for a late night food joint - the place is always hit-and-miss when it comes to food quality and freshness. If you get warn fries your burger will be cold, or the opposite. Please pay more attention to this guys.

Mainly run by the two self serve cashiers in front and the drive thru people in the back. The lines move pretty quick. A good morning stop on the way out to the mountains while avoiding the busy one directly on 16th Ave.
K	Karl Richards on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was my first time using this McDonald's app.setting up the app was simple ordering, simple, only issue was I still had to wait about 5 mins after I arrived to receive my order and I pre ordered 10-13 mins before even arriving at location... not huge deal, but I wanted to mention it. Food was fresh, and the order was correct when I looked at it. This location is close to my shop so it's convenient for me . Staff are also friendly. The restaurant was clean

Maybe not always but definitely more than half the time. It’s a tad frustrating. I’m not a fan of dining in at this location because I don’t feel safe but I don’t think that’s their fault.

So, we went back and ordered another two cups for second time without mentioning what happenned earlier. But, this time we have specifically mentioned that we need warm coffee. Unfortunately the lady taking an order (Her name Is Maria) was mad at us just because we request for warm coffee. she came to the next window and spoke with the other lady and gave us cold coffee. They literally said if you you don't want take your refund and they refunded the money. But, we didn't ask for refund we wanted warm coffee. Poor customer service, very disrespectful. Mcdonald is our favourite place. But, these kind of employees make customer hate It.

I find late at night when you go through the drive through, they tend to do pretty good. Fries are cooked almost 100% lol. Burgers are good. They just don’t tend to do flurries well at night. More so they forget to add the extras in- such as caramel. Customer experience wise- some nights/days the workers are amazing and super friendly! Other nights/days they are just doing their job and nothing else, which yes is understandable, but I enjoy having conversations with them occasionally too. So, I give 3-3.5 stars rating because it’s a 50/50 chance at a good experience & food.
B	BowWow PowWow on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a very, very busy location. If you are entering on foot, you will be playing Frogger with cars. My orders usually always come out quick and accurately. One thing I've noticed is how one of the front end managers treats his staff. I am not sure if he owns the location but he treats his staff very well and he is very kind, always helping where needed. It was refreshing to witness actually. The staff are also very kind, fast and accurate. I do enjoy coming to this location despite all of the busyness.
