QTR# BLT...NO BLorT Ok so now 2 years later....had to wait for order even using the APP 20 minutes prior to arrival, soaking wet Grand Mac, and look at the Fish burger with cheese not even in the bun! This location continues to be a epic fail, look at all the other similar reviews.

I know how I can use my employee discount, and i don't need someone telling me how I can. to the manager or lead that works there, I have heard many rude things from her. either do your job right or don't do it at all. Other managers are prey nice and respectful which cis why I gave 1 star.

Honestly worst location I’ve been to and I’ve been a few times over the last year, every time is bad. This will be the last time I throw half my lunch away because I regrettably came here.

SO RUDE. did not care about us as a customer we asked for a sweet and sour sauce and she pretty much threw our bag of breakfast in my moms face. Absolutely disgusting. I hope no one else has to deal with this RUDE person. So disappointing to have someone like that in charge.

H	Hayley HamDun on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If I could give it a zero I would this place is absolutely terrible whoever is running this place clearly has their staff not trained properly .Every night I have finished work for the past two years I have ordered chicken nuggets and they give them to me not cook because I’m allergic to the oil. Today I went in and try to get that and I got refused was going to make a $50 plus order and drove away due to your manager Roxanne refusing me service. If you are paying for an item and you ask for it not cooked 100% or want it done a certain way you should accommodate the customer we are the ones paying your wage and bills. Awful service and terrible communication skills clearly of the staff could care less about sales and customers service. Will never be back and sure to tell others of this experience.

I would give it a 3 star but, about two years ago me and my family placed an order and we waited a whole HOUR for our food. We asked what was taking so long and they said they never got our order. So, we re-ordered and it took them another 15 minutes to get us our food. They've improved, but they still mess up on things like giving me pickles even though I asked for none.
