t	trickykittie on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Never open ‘24 hours’. The amount of times I drive there for an overnight shift for a coffee run or breakfast for my staff…forget it. Drive-thru always blocked off. 4am today no one was there. It’s okay I drove up the street 10 mins to a better one and they had a full menu and no difficult confusion at the drive-thru. Working in fast food before I don’t know how corporate office accepts this. They should change the hours if staffing is an issue.
T	Toronto's Very Own on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A staple in this area. The location is cramped and always people are there hanging out. In the morning it's the old people who drink their coffee or tea with a muffin. Usually talking loudly about the glory days of their youth and experiences. By afternoon it's the younger crowd who get off from the middle school and high-school that is around the corner. Always a busy place and the tables don't get cleaned as often as they should for such a small, cramped popular place as this in one of the most condensed neighborhoods in Canada.

That's understandable due to covid even tho all restrictions have been removed. So I asked them at the counter if I could please have a refill they said we don't give refills. I said all mcdonalds do refill then they used the excuse of due to rhe pandemic we no longer offer refills. Then that's fine you fill it up for me they said no. I've taken my kids to mutiple mcdonalds locations and never once has any Mcdonalds ever refused a refill. The employees here are rude and no help whatsoever.
T	Thaer Abu Seadah on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Drive through experience: Nor sure if this location hires new people all the time but i usually go there almost daily and my orders 30% of the time I drive through are wrong. Last time, when I ordered a coffee, I tasted perfume on the lid itself as I notice it once I entered the DVP highway. I give them a good customer service atleast.
l	leesa pradhan on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I normally don't eat Mac Donald's I ordered because of habenero but it was nothing like habenero, it was like mayonese was slapped in the burger, the breads weren't fresh, took so long to make it, other customers were served before us, like seriously. It was 230 am drive thru service. We were late for our job. Could have got fired. Does this look anything like chicken habenero.
L	L V on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just started my meal and the manager (as told) approached me informing me of the store 20-min seating policy. COMPLETELY INAPPROPRIATE, UNPROFESSSIONAL, POOR JUDGEMENT. This lady definitely needs to take courses on customer service! Store was not busy at the time (see photos).

The person behind the counter was happy to tell me that she will do the muffin and coffee a combo. I never expected it. This is proof that little gestures could make someone’s day good. The service was fast and efficient, as well. Good location.

When I asked her to stop arguing she insisted she wasn't and then I was handed this thing lol
