It was a hard day for us as my Aunt pick up Uncle from a doctors appointment and no time to make for food and decided to just order McDo at Cambie and Shell Road, Richmond. Unfortunately, when we got home.. check the bag and missing 2 of our order. Aunt called McDo and speak to a manager and just said came out from his meeting blah blah and said that apologized about what happen and said manager that he will communicate with the front desk to arrange a pick up for the missing order. My aunt told the manager to just send nephew and just mention about missing order to the window booth and they will know. It was tight this day for me as I picked a family from clinic knowing that We won’t do cooking much.. Was frustrated and feeling so angry as when your hungry and needed to eat someone. Because of trust and thinking that as a worker.. we always carry a big part of A in everything we do. Send my nephew and didn’t happen what the manager said to my Aunt, and the front cash at the MCDo store needed my Aunt to go personally and picked the missing orders, that’s ridiculous, meaning that the Manager whom my Aunt spoke with didn’t communicate what was agreed upon. How can they forget a chocolate milk and a chicken crispy wrap to put in the paper bag. Should be the food dispatch to make sure it’s everything is in the bag.
N	New Era Professional Painters on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ we were heading out the door carrying a large order when Dan stopped what he was doing and rushed over to take almost all of it and help us with it to our car. once i got to the car and put what i had in and meet him back to grab the rest of my food he even came and opened the door for me. to him it may not have been a big deal but to us it was so kind and caring. thanks dan! we were thankful for you kindness today! if we are ever in richmond again we will stop by and hope to see him again!
K	Kar Gei on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's a McDonald's, what can I say? I have been here many times because it's convenient on my commute, not because I think the food and/or service is fantastic. The food is ok (fast food), the coffee is hit or miss (the staff can't seem to make it as I've ordered it 90% of the time), some of the staff are friendly, some of the staff are not so friendly. The drive through situation is not very good, nor the parking. The whole site plan for this complex is not very good (not enough spaces, blind corners, tight lanes), but that's not McDonald's fault.

I asked for all the drinks no ice came with ice i have to come inside to return the drinks because the guy who delivered my order worked in front i dont understand why i have to come in. My sandwich looked old with very little lettuce.
