★ ★ ★ ★ ★ For a female Dr. Goyal has no empathy. I went in twice for stomach pains etc.2nd time requested in tears for her to set up a CT scan she refused. Said if I had serious stomach issues I would be in pain when she touched it. Then kept asking if am sure am not pregnant and why didnt my husband and I use protection!! Weeks later still in pain I went to emergency found out I had stage 4 colon cancer... not saying she could have prevented it but she could have done her job and assisted a patient pleading for her help. Am not sure if she is still at this clinic. I truly hope not..

However maybe it was just a bad day because I have been to this practice multiple times since for my 2-year-old and I am very satisfied with the care she has received from Dr. Goyal. The doctor is patient and performs very thorough examinations of my little one, which is not an easy feat on a squirming/screaming toddler. She has diagnosed illnesses that other walk-in doctors have missed, because she is so thorough and asks the right questions. I really appreciate this!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Please acknowledge when a patient gets there, even a small “I’ll be with you in a second” would be assuring to a person who is already in pain, rather than walking around. It can be stressful working in a physician’s office, it can be busy but just saying that one sentence is a nice gesture, shows you care (even if you really don’t) and the patient is re-assured that someone will look after them. If you follow this simple advice, I’m sure this place would get a better rating as it’s already very clean, doctors are nice and staff is alright too.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible experience. They never picked up their phones. Receptionist and Mrs chattwal they never listen to you properly. Really upset with this female dr. No other option but I have to change my family doctor soon. Never recommend this doctor to anyone. ZERO star

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ When I arrived at the clinic the receptionist/nurse was on her personal cellphone and continued the call as I stood there waiting for a few minutes. She was not very nice, not rude either though. I Noticed she was eating assorted nuts, which I found odd considering you work in a doctors office where many people who come there may have nut allergies.
After seeing the doctor I was prescribed antibiotics and also did two tests of which the results would be available in 48 hours. After waiting 48 hours and calling the clinic, they would not provide the results over the phone, as the doctor had previously told me he would, considering I have a newborn at home and would not be able to go into the clinic.
I felt the doctor didn’t really listen to my symptoms and was quick to prescribe antibiotics. I asked why I needed them and didn’t quite understand the reasons, as my test results would take 48 hours. I’m nursing and didn’t want to be taking antibiotics if I didn’t have to. After leaving this clinic I went to another one to get a second opinion. I Got a completely different diagnosis. I felt more confident with the second doctors advice and I will not be returning to this walk-in clinic. Nor do I recommend it if you want proper health care.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been to this clinic recently with my daughter. Dr. Chhatwal has been hands down the best doctor I have visited in the last 10 years. I was so impressed with his level of professionalism and just all around nice character that I have already been telling my friends and family about him. I work in a medical field and I have yet to come across such a down to earth and yet highly intelligent medical professional. I would highly recommend this doctor to anyone. Very good experience. 5 stars without hesitation.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I recently went to a doctors appointment with a new doctor and had flashbacks of my horrible experience with Dr. Goyal. She was condescending, cold, mean and simply a bully. Which was the opposite experience I had working with her brother who unfortunately, is no longer at the practice. I really hope she’s changed for the better it stopped practicing all together, because that experience scarred me. So much so, I have anxiety being in a doctors office almost 2 years later. I regret not speaking up for myself then but I was truly shocked that a family doctor would treat me like that. I left her office feeling embarrassed and completely invalidated. Again, I hope she’s changed but if she hasn’t I hope she realizes that she hates her job and is projecting it on patients.
