I re ordered some supplies this year, delivery and pricing is exceptional.
But unfortunately this year I couldn't get any response to my email questions. Not sure if there was a cliché in the system or if the customer service is sliding. I'll still say 5 stars. Until further order's.

When I had an issue with the type of system I though I wanted, they suggest an alternative, which turns out to be 10 times better then orig though. Thanks and look fwd to continued support.
