I	Irene Weegar on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great place, good atmosphere and Mike and Kim are really nice! I really like Kim’s nail art as well. My only complaint is that there’s always glue on my skin whenever I leave, other then that good service.
S	Sylvia Pribanic on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A little rough when filling nails and lots of glue on skin around nails and limited colors for polish and designes are never what I chose its always what they want to do same with color always they say this color is nice for you that's not good your the one paying and they make all the decisions. But they are nice people they have to be that's business if you want customers.

The lady was very attentive to getting the white smile lines done clean and crisply. The hours of operation are posted wrong in Google. They open at 0930 during week days, not 0900. I rather enjoyed the action movie playing verses the news like a few other places I have been to in Ottawa. :)

They our way too much glue and it leaked down my fingers and they didn’t clean it up, they also put too much of the powder and my nails are bumpy, the shape and length is also not what I asked for and the nail painting it's self- is not surprisingly, bad.
S	STEPHANIE T on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing nails! Friendly staff and I recommend them highly! Clean environment. They wear masks plus plexi glass to protect you and them. Please also wear a mask as you are not only protecting yourself but others also!

I don't often get my nails done, maybe 2x year so I am not a picky frequent nail person, sadly it was disappointing enough to write a review. I got a pedicure and the gentleman put 3 layers of colour on and a top coat. He stroked so many times that the polish is lumpy and streaky. There was a lot of polish on my skin, and a big pool of hardened polish as the base of my nails (along the cuticles). The cuticle clipping was painful as he cut too close to my skin. The colour selection was very slim too. If you want classic pink or red you are good. The pedicure I walked in with (the one I did myself) was better than the one I came out with. Wasn't worth $35. Sorry!!

My nails are now in need of a filling, but that is normal. The place is clean and they put awesome movies on during your stay there. The prices, you cannot go wrong with. Excellent customer service and prices Thank you, MAX Nails.

The fill was great but they dont put a base coat on before the color and the color is super splotchy and air bubbles along with some thinner spots. The color is also not around my whole nail and they never put a top coat on. Just a legit fast process and rushed through it all. Wont be going back.
