From the friendly staff when I walked in, to the clean and bright salon, to the hair stylist, I was very pleased with my experience at Rinaldo Hair Designers. I had an idea of the type of cut I wanted and when I reviewed my idea with the hair stylist (who turned out to be the owner, Debbie), she provided me with her own recommendation. And I'm thrilled she did. The cut is perfect, and I can easily work with it myself. Debbie was very professional and friendly, and I'm very happy with the outcome. Thanks for the great service!

However, all that skepticism was absent after finishing my haircut with Leo. Leo did a fantastic job in conceptualizing and furthermore completing my desired haircut, even as a first time customer. In addition, Leo and the other staff seem to be extremely professional in their work and were very friendly to me. I would highly recommend visiting this establishment as you will not be disappointed by their first-class service and very reasonable prices.

Extra bonus - we were given a wonderful luch mid treatments ! Our ladies Peta and Amy were fantastic and we both highly recommend! We will be back soon!!

My hair stylist was very reserved, not friendly at all. She didn’t clean extra colours left on my face & neck areas! She didn’t explain anything about their pricing policy for long hair! I was surprised to find out at the checkout counter that I should pay extra $20.00 for my long hair. I knew Rinaldo’s rate was higher than other hair dressers but I was surprised & shocked to get this overcharge for my long hair. I always have long hair but it is the first time ever someone charged me extra for it. I feel it is unfair & discriminatory!

Everyone is incredibly friendly and helpful. The only thing I wish is that the landlord would allow a ramp or something for those that can't do stairs. I really appreicate how this business is being runned.

The barbershop portion equally as nice. My barber was Leo. Very nice guy and great at what he does. I am very happy with my haircut and it was a fair price as well. I'll definitely go back.
