★ ★ ★ ★ ★ je viens pour un changement d'huile et on me dit que cela va prendre environ 1h, j'ai attendu 1h50 une vraie joke je ne pense pas retourner là et je ne le conseillerai certainement pas a mes proche. de plus, ils ont mis l'huile la plus chère dans mon véhicule sans me faire part du prix, j'aurais definitivement pris la moins chère étant donné le prix de 109$.
I come for an oil change and I am told that it will take about 1 hour, I waited 1 hour and 50 minutes for a real joke I do not think of going back there and I will certainly not recommend it to my relatives. moreover, they put the most expensive oil in my vehicle without telling me the price, I would definitely have taken the cheapest given the price of $ 109.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Je prend un rendez-vous pour faire changer mon exase une piece que je connais pas le nom exact je prend la peine dexpliquer a la personne presque 20 minutes pour etre sur que sa soit vraiment la piece la que je veut qui change sans couper ni toute changer la ligne dorigine .. resultat il fait pas ce que je lui est demander et coupe ma ligne dorigne. Service a la clientele et ses pas comment conseiller et meme pas capable de me dire le vraie nom de la piece.
I make an appointment to change my exase a piece that I do not know the exact name I take the trouble to explain to the person almost 20 minutes to be sure that it is really the piece I want that changes without cutting or any change the original line .. result it does not do what I was asked to do and cut my golden line. Customer service and its not how to advise and not even able to tell me the real name of the room.
