The team has the experience and knowledge to foresee potential future issues and acts accordingly. They saved us a bunch of money. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Matteo, Delia, and the team handled our mortgage when we bought a new place and did a fantastic job handling an unconventional scenario whereas others like our previous lender shied away from it and limited our options.
Basically, we wanted to look for a house and find one before we put our home on the market this way we weren't forced to buying a house we didn't really want should our house sold before we found a new one. They handled this like pros and everything went smoothly when it came time to close both deals.
Would highly recommend them whether you are buying or selling a home and will recommend them to anyone that needs these services.

She put up with my super high standards, page long lists of wants and no-goes, and the both of them helped me find an amazing place that I can now call home. Delia also worked magic in getting me an insured mortgage with an amazing interest rate. She answered all of my questions and even looked into things for me after my possession date.
