★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Appointment that was booked weeks in advance was cancelled 45 minutes prior. My partner had taken time off work that day just so I could get pampered! They said technician was sick and claimed they had no back up to fill me in. Whole day wasted!!! Yet a customer who cancels an appointment with less than 24 hour notice forfeits the whole massage fees! Very professional indeed...

Massage therapist was very good. Communicated through the entire session. Very relaxing atmosphere. Only complaint is they didn't have direct billing for my insurance coverage.
