★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Spent a total of 5 minutes with us (after waiting 55 min to get in), gave no diagnosis or suggestions on treatment/symptom management and then handed us some old printed information that we could have found on Google. I would not pay for the service we received. It is unfortunate that the government is paying for this. Would not recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I totally agree with Kaitlin B. After waiting six months to see this guy I bet you I didn’t get to talk to him for five minutes as he ushers me out the door saying everything looks good. I spent more time hanging out in the waiting room. He probably got paid well for that visit as well.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Use the wrong tool and doesn t care , result : not a good clean up , i feel like the end isn t clean and that may cause infection , pill up . Result of not using wright tool cause also severe pain by pusshing hard on the ear canal .
I have deal wuth the problem for 50 years . I had no problem for the last 25 years +.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am surprised at some of these comments, I found Dr. Massa to be friendly and pleasant and have had no issues with any of my visits. My health issue was addressed and the follow up visits to check on progress were all professional.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr Massa was pleasant, explained my issue thoroughly, and answered all of my questions. Had to wait awhile to see him but that's obviously because he's giving his patients the time they require to feel comfortable.
