C	Chelsey Belanger on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Remarkable experience and support from Dr Bicknell, and all of his staff today. I am visiting from out of town and had a dental emergency with a veneer falling off. I was already anxious and worried another dentist might not want to fix work they didn’t do. I called Dr Bicknells emergency line at 7:00 AM. He was quick to answer and provided comfort support immediately that he was here to help me. He fit me in first thing as his clinic opened. The front staff were kind, warm and welcoming. The dental hygienist was also warm, welcoming and very supportive of my situation. She was extremely knowledgeable and educated around veneers and everything we spoke about at my visit today. I have a long history of anxiety and discomfort with dentists and have never enjoyed a visit to the dentist despite visiting regularly. This experience blew me away that I went in feeling anxious and left feeling happy and confident with the work done and amazed at the overall experience. I highly recommend this clinic to any one searching for a new dental clinic. Thank you to each of the staff that supported me today and an extra thanks to Dr Bicknell for making time to fit me in on little to no notice and offer appreciated insight into some long term solutions for my oral health and veneers.

What has kept us going back is how friendly and kind all the staff are and how well the office is run (efficient, knowledgeable and helpful). Our kids actually think it is fun to go to the dentist and as an adult, I don't mind either. :)

However, attempting to attend my latest appointment out of my two total that I booked months in advance would prove difficult. I had confirmation of the appointment via email and text messages days prior. When I arrived, I was told they could not find my appointment in their calendar as it had somehow vanished into thin air.
