M	Matt Tumlinson on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is with reservation that I write this review: I do not think that there is much value in saying negative things towards others, however, I cannot let this one pass. (Also note this is not a reflection on the quality of care that the doctor gives.) This morning my wife called a total of 7 times to set an appointment, I called 3 times - total of 10 times in one morning. The longest that we were on hold was 15 min. Every single call, the receptionist did not answer the phone - she sent the call directly to hold. So... I drove over to the clinic and went up to set an appointment face-to-face. When I asked if their phones were not working because we cannot get through - her response was "we are very busy!" (as the phone rang and she promptly pushed the "hold" button) ......As a business owner I find it completely unacceptable and unprofessional to repeatedly direct calls to "hold" and never answer. It is really too bad that people hate their jobs so much and do not have a desire to give the best service they can.
k	katarina philbey on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr peter henley is always on vacation and un reachable. Had a phone mwtttjng scheduled for 3:30 then he called at 4:40!! Missed the meeting because I had to work and took my lunch around the time he was supposed to call then when I tried calling back at 4:50 no answer. It’s like you have to wait around till they are ready no matter if you book an appointment or not. Such a useless doctor going on vacation every 2 weeks. Never depend on him you won’t get the medication you need.
N	Nunya business on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr.Raupach has been an awful man to deal with since I was in the 8th grade, so 12 years. He refuses to send referalls, even to his own co workers. I was supposed to have another doctor there help me with my IUD when I didn't want that. I wanted to go to gynaecologist. I reluctantly agreed months ago and never heard back. I call again, and the receptionist laughs at me for wanting a referral for a gynaecologist instead of the GP to do it. Why would I want someone from that office rooting around inside me when they couldn't have even sent a referral to their own office or be respectful over the phone.
