Mason handled this challenge really well, doing virtual walkthroughs for us and posting videos of potential houses for us to review. In the end we found just the house we were looking for and are very happy. We would highly recommend Mason Walker for all your real estate needs.

He had great knowledge of the area and a good understanding of what to look for in a home, which was great for us as first time homebuyers in an area where we had just recently moved. The market was crazy when we were buying, and we put in multiple offers which we lost out on, but Mason never pressured us to put an offer higher than we were comfortable with, and was always happy to drive around and show us different houses every weekend. We would definitely recommend Mason to anyone looking for a realtor here - hopefully we won't need a realtor for a while, but if we do we will definitely be going back with him!

Mason was able to streamline his information to us effortlessly and was available and open to all questions. His video viewings were informative and very useful to us. What I appreciated mostly was his knowledge in homes comparably to others. He is keen to details that even I wouldn’t have caught. I felt as though he had OUR best interests at heart. I put a lot of effort in finding good people to work with, and my effort in finding Mason was met beyond expectations. When I was looking for a realtor, I was looking for someone who knows his stuff inside-out, is confident, and pleasant to work with. Mason spent an hour with me during my proposed interview, with no pressure whatsoever, and told me he was just happy to interview because it helps keep him sharp. He was also genuinely interested to see whether we would be a good fit in working together, rather than just looking to list anything. I interviewed 5 or so agents, and he was a hands-down winner. I decided to work with Mason, and very happy we worked together. He always had a well thought-out opinion, with respect to what I wanted, and I listened to what he had to say. He efficiently sold my house, and it was a pleasant experience. 5/5 rating - nothing bad to say. Thanks a lot Mason!

Mason lived up to the hype - he was the attentive, low-key, no-pressure, amiable, and knowledgeable real estate agent that everyone had said he was. Mason did an excellent job communicating throughout the home buying process, and particularly during the intense period between submitting an offer on a townhome we were interested in and having the offer accepted (and I'm writing as we speak from that townhome, which we're living in in large part thanks to Mason). If you're looking to buy or sell property in the Comox Valley, Mason should be at the top of your list of real estate agents to consider.
