Through Dean, we were able to negotiate a fair purchase price and complete the sale quickly and smoothly. Dean also handled the selling of our condo. He did a good job of listing the condo, using excellent photographs and description. Since our home went up for sale during the Corona Virus Pandemic (March 9th) Dean suggested that we move to our new patio home location. He felt that purchasers would then feel more comfortable viewing, an empty, sterile condo, while still being able to view images of the home, as it appeared while furnished. His suggestion worked out well. With a possession date of June 29, 2020, our condo had a new owner. Dean was a pleasant, well-organized agent to work with.
