We try to keep on top of the real estate market and be aware of what's happening in the local and broader economy, but we are definitely not realtors. We interviewed a few realtors to get their perspective on the market, and we really liked all of them. Each had their own strengths, but in the end we decided to connect with Nicole and Kristen at 2.5% Just Real Estate to have a follow up meeting. Moments into our visit, we knew they were the right fit for us. They really listened to our long term goals and worked with us to develop the right strategy for our situation.
We wondered what we would NOT get with a lower commission based real estate company. Well what we DID get was two intelligent, modern, professional, funny personalities who were ready to guide us through one of the biggest transactions of our lives. Nicole and Kristen far surpassed our expectations and became friends to us through the process.
If we could give them a ten star rating, we would do that! If you want top notch professional realtors that also care about you as a person, and not just a commission, this is the real estate company for you. We wish them all the best as they continue to build their business in the Comox Valley.
