On Friday 13th April 2018, I prayed here my 3rd jumuah in Canada / Edmonton & the masjid is very good & clean.
Dates were kept while leaving prayer area post Salah.
Ψ§ΩΨ΄Ψ§Ψ‘ Ψ§ΩΩΩ.
If possible I will try & visit again in future.

β β β β β This place is soley for worship. I deposited some money for getting the Fob access key, the Imam or the person-in-charge gave me the key on the spot without hesitation. The idea is not to judge people right-away. It was near my house. I used to go there for pray. When I moved out of this neighborhood, I handed over the key and the same person refunded the money right-away.
In other masajids, on my God, they ask so many questions, which ethnicity you are free, what will do you in the masajid etc. I know some people may abuse it. If we judge people based on bad apples, the world will be a terrible place, isn't it?
I will always remember fondly the gentle treatment that I received from the people there.

β β β β β I don't like to give low ratings to masajid but this is a feedback for the management here. This place is always locked, even close to prayer times. This center is not traveller friendly at all. I have stopped here multiple times to offer my Salaahs when I'm in edmonton for work and have found it closed. What is the point of having a place of worship and not allowing access to all Muslims to fulfill their obligations? Many other mosques in the city are open and accessible for people to perform their prayers. Please make this centre accessible as well for Mussaleen so we don't have to drive farther. Thank you.
