★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Truly some of the worst customer service and tech support I've ever had to deal with. 3 days without internet. I submitted a ticket in day one using their online ticket form. Then sent an email, then phoned it in the next day after 45 minutes on hold they say they'll get tech support to phone me back. No call a day later and they don't even look at the form submissions or emails "because they're backed up" so why is it on their website then? When asked for more Information the call taker gets irate and simply hangs up. If you have a choice, look elsewhere.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely the worst service and interent you can get, useless in every way and I'm paying for 6 Mbps but barely getting 1 with their airspeed wireless. Over priced and they never have any upgrades or services to offer it any other options which effectively makes this a monopoly. They own the towers

Customer service is way to slow. I’m on hold as I write this. Tried calling twice earlier but was on hold for about an hour each time… can’t get online to deal with what I need to because the login won’t register my account number. Other than that ??♀️ Can’t really complain

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have pixelated tv. however in the past while I have have internet and TV connections going out regularly. I waited on line for over an hour twice and another time I waited for about 5 minutes and decided to change all my cables instead. the service has fallen apart since Telus has bought them out. I used to call prior to Telus and get help within 2 minutes. that is gone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ the worst service provider we have ever encountered. it took 3 months to get our service installed. When it was installed, whoever set up the fiber optics screwed up so our internet or cable did not work. It took a week for a service member to come out to fix it. A week later, it stopped working. Cannot wait for new service provider to be in our area so we can switch.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So incredibly sorry we went with Mascon. Even terrible Telus was better. As soon as I can I am switching to City West. Internet is often down, no service, and increasing frustration.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Took almost 2 months to install our internet when I first moved to FSJ. Now, moving into my house, they told me internet was already installed and I would just need to plug my modem in. Turns out it wasn't hooked up, and they needed to come repair it. Their technician never showed up for the appointment, and then claimed he called us, despite neither of our call logs showing a missed call, and my wife taking the entire day off to ensure that we could get this issue settled immediately. Mascon then said they wouldn't be able to schedule another appointment for us for another 3 weeks.
The service is utterly atrocious. If you live in FSJ they do not value your business and unless you are extremely lucky you will probably be waiting for months between installation and repairs. I can not overstate how frustrating an experience it has been to get any sort of service from Mascon. If you have any other option, please go with that instead and save yourself the headache.
