★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don’t buy into the ‘profit sharing’ promises they offer. It is all smoke and mirrors. Poor management and even poorer poker players. Sad example of a organization.
Furthermore, this company will instruct the foreman to ‘bank’ their overtime hours throughout the winter and lay them off in the spring to avoid having to pay them. Don’t fall for the lies.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This company started growing a couple years ago. Was some hiccups at first but they have an amazing management team now and I love the team atmosphere. I went through some tough times shortly after they employed me and the owners helped me out. They truly value their employees.
