★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Martin is a conscientious Realtor who upholds very high standards for his work. For example, he was always on-time when he came to do our show homes and if he was running just a few minutes late, he made sure to message me and my wife to let us know he was on his way. When he was done doing our show home, he always messaged us to let us know that we could go home.
Martin paid attention to his clients' needs: we were pressured to sell our home within a time frame and were having bad luck with offers. Martin would help calm our anxieties always by answering our questions in a timely manner. Sometimes he surprised us by the time of day he was working.
Martin prioritized his clients' needs: We were working hard to prepare our home for show homes and so was Martin. When we did show homes 3-4 times a week, at different times of the day, Martin was always there. I felt like he was not just working for himself but that he genuinely sensed our worry and wanted to help us make a sale quickly.
Martin is personable: Martin is knowledgeable about the real estate industry and is easy to talk to. He speaks English and Cantonese fluently. It was a pleasure working with Martin. I would recommend him to my contacts. Thank you, Martin for help me and my family sell our home.
