★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place has changed their name to CASA from Gold Team. Terrible Property Management company to work with, they do not listen to whatever you have to say. They do not work with you, rather its you working for them. I would not hire them for taking care of any of my properties again.

I have worked with them for almost 3 years and have nothing but great things to say about them. Professional, personable and they are up to date on all new regulations, so you don't have to be.
