★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am a Tenant of a property being sold. Sherry Liao tried to force me out of the house early so her client could take possession. I explained to her that I dont have to be out until the date specified in the notice to end tenancy. She said no you have to be out today and your stuff will be thrown outside if you don't. I am deeply concerned with her professional conduct and am submitting a formal complaint with the RECBC about how she conducts herself.

She's super nice, super honest and we picked her as our realtor right then and there. She didn't pressure us into anything and she didn't have any papers for us to sign unlike another realtor we were gonna deal with. Sherry sold my apartment at 98% of my asking price! She helped us when there was a leak in my bathroom ceiling on the day of my open house! And yet, she still got my place sold! Anyways, she found us a beautiful home at a great price. About half a year later, my mom was looking to move and I didn't hesitate one second to recommend Sherry to her! I'm proud to call Sherry my realtor and my friend!
