★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went in for an introductory lesson with some past martial arts experience, and I was really happy with how it went. The head instructor, Greg, is incredibly nice and very fun to train with, and is really conscious of making sure you don’t injure yourself. He also does a really excellent job of explaining form and technique. I will definitely be coming back.
Overall awesome experience.

Everyone is welcomed and treated like family. Greg is not only an incredibly skilled professional, and great teacher but also a warm and loving friend. Couldn't recommend this place more!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Greg and Dana have cultivated a dojo where everyone is welcome, from your first day to a decade of training no one is left out. I have personally been training with them on and off since 2015 and every time I step back into the dojo it's a warm welcome home. Anyone considering trying giving martial arts I try urge you to try Martials Arts Unlimited, you will get 2 private lessons so you have skills moving forward into group classes. Everyone is welcome!

Members of this gym are like a family, and no matter what level you are from beginner to pro, everyone works together as a team. For all the pros out there, you get some in depth knowledge and classes that will leave you walking funny. Greg Lamothe is the owner and an exceptional martial artist.
