★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the greatest place in Montreal for jam spaces. 24 hour secure access, be as loud as you want. Central location. Reasonable monthly rates.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ You can listen the other 20 bands rehearsing from inside your studio.. in winter you freeze and in summer you suffocate ( with or without a fan). The only positive thing is that it is open 24 h.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The place gets incredibly cold during the winter. The owners can't seem to take criticism, since they are always defensive whener they get a negative review. Even though they mentioned they invested in ventilation, a lot more work should be done for heat. It's uncomfortable.
Plus, rooms are not sound proof. You can listen to 50 bands play at the same time.

Maintenance for the building could be better though. Vending machines are constantly breaking down and bathrooms aren't in the best shape.
