 in 10 years nothing has changed, no renovations, no hot water in the toilets, no paper, no dryer, not even a mirror. The bare minimum for a beautiful punk band to practice their rock.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have a jam space there for years, mars is a great guy its well sound isolated 24 hours really secure for a reasonable price... The only downside is there's no elevator anymore.
