Beautiful lobby - grand piano, couple sets of comfortable chairs, fireplace. The dining room was perfect size for a small formal party. Food was so delicious! Definitely recommend this venue. Staff were polite and efficient. Gazebo at the front door is nice but could use a paint job, does not look good in wedding photos.

This place is amazing. We had them booked to do the catering for our wedding when we had planned to have it at a private residence and when all of the gathering rules changed again 3 weeks prior to our wedding they were wonderfully helpful. We ended up booking one of their small rooms as we only had 20 people. They set up all the tables with linens to match our wedding colours, put together centre pieces and everything. We did a turkey dinner for our meal and everything was DELICIOUS!!! Also, as icing on the cake as we had 2 people who ended up unable to attend the dinner they gave us the leftovers so that we could bring them to my grandma since she was unable to travel to the wedding! Paul, Nicole and their team are fantastic, and made planning a wedding during COVID a little less stressful!!! I will be recommending them to anyone looking for a banquet hall or food catering. They went above and beyond to make my wedding dinner spectacular!!!

Were here for a celebration of life. The decor inside did not disapoint. Imagine a great space for wedding reception.

Went to a wedding on Friday. The place was gorgeous! The food was pretty good. The bartender and I became buddies and we mixed up unique drinks.

If i could give a 0 star review, I would. I had a celebration of life for my father at this establishment. The thing as a whole was a disaster, we were promised things that were not provided. There was a discrepancy with our bar bill. I was told I would be contacted about the discrepancy before my credit card would be charged. The next day my card was charged, WITHOUT my permission and for double the drink amount from the invoice I originally received the day before. When i reached out to the events manager to have this explained/corrected, i received ZERO response. It’s rather disgusting that this company is trying to take advantage of people who are already going through a tough time. I would NEVER recommend this establishment to anyone for anything!

Went to the Mothers Day Brunch at the ancaster with my family and had the most fantastic time. The food was amazing there was something for everyone. I will definitely be going every year with my family.

My fiancé had her bridal shower and I showed up near the end and walked into panic and I see my mother-in-law trying to chase down a staff member for multiple problems. This is a long list so bare with me: the staff left what appeared to be a 15 yr old girl and 12 yr old boy to wait tables (they were saints) and they were not allowed to serve alcohol because they were under 16. One other older staff member showed up minimally the entire 4 hr event while all tables had no water, people waited an hour and a half for coffee and tea, alcohol wasn’t allowed to be poured so people who were trying to have some drinks couldn't. On top of that, non-alcoholic beverages were promised with the package and were not provided. So, without water or tea/coffee, drivers or non-drinkers/kids were stuck thirsty. Also, for the food, multiple dishes that were promised were not provided, and left over food was promised to be sent home in take-out containers, but no one showed up in the last hour of the event leaving the 12 yr old boy alone to clean up (poor kid, I hope he finds a better job). Also, we were trying to get plates and a knife to cut the cake, and because the boy was too young to handle bigger knives (by law) he had to chase down someone for about 20 minutes. We just started cutting the cake with a butter knife, and when the lady got there with the knife finally she was mad cause we didn’t have her cut the cake? I don’t know. They clearly were too spread out with multiple events going on, and with maybe decreased staff due to COVID I see this continuing here. Oh, and the icing on the cake… the bride of another bridal shower next door came out balling cause they were having issues too… just don’t go here.

If you are looking for a banquet hall, give this location a try. Everyone is awesome! My mom’s 60th bday couldn’t have been more amazing! God bless everyone here! Thank you soo much for making this possible. Juliana was our consultant and another consultant also helped a lot, I can not remember her name but she is blond. Both ladies are soo nice! Everyone made this day soo special the waiters, the girls who set up the decor, the food was delicious. All our guests loved it! Thanks soo much!
