★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My sister got married at the Germania Club on October 1 2021, and it was fantastic! The hall is absolutely gorgeous - two tiered seating, super spacious, and easy access for set up. We dealt with Hedda who was a dream and accessible on the day of set up (and had pots of coffee for us during tear down... Uber important and appreciated). Would recommend - such a lovely, historied venue!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We went for Friday fish and chips, everything was great. The french fries are very thin, which may be German-style, I am not sure. Conversely, the coleslaw was very thickly-cut. Also possibly German-style. Overall I would go again. The food was good and reasonably-priced and everyone there was quite friendly.
