J	John Ogilvie on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ DeLuca roofing installed our roof in 2013 and this month we called Melissa Edwards, the service coordinator to ask for service on a roof vent that had a hole in it. Kirk Main, the service technician came that week. He was very thorough, inspected our whole roof and checked all 8 of our roof vents. As we suspected, the roof vent hole had been caused by some type of wildlife. He replaced the vent right away and suggested that we might want to consider Vent Guard RD 50 vent covers that wildlife cannot penetrate, since often wildlife will return to try to get in our roof again. We got a quote from Melissa, agreed with the proposal and Kirk returned the next week to install the Vent Guards professionally painted brown to match our present roof vents. We are extremely pleased with the service from both Melissa and Kirk. Kirk was very friendly, informative and neat. Thank you.

We tendered 3 quotes and all were within the same ballpark but we chose DeLuca because of a neighbour's glowing recommendation. We also later discovered DeLuca was the company that installed the roof on our house almost 20 years ago for a previous owner. We would also like to give a special shout-out to the excellent crew and their Team Lead, Andrew Marshall. They were friendly, professional prompt, and knowledgeable. They also did an outstanding job of cleaning-up after the day's work. Not a roofing nail to be found on our driveway or surrounding property. We highly recommend DeLuca Roofing to anyone looking for a solid and reliable roofing company that has been around long enough to prove their merit.

My roof has a solar system on it and Daniel helped work around the schedule to do it properly and timely. I really enjoyed their service and glad I chose them compared to the 5 other companies I had visit. They are local to Ancaster and I recommend their services to anyone that is looking for it to be done right and professionally.

Your crew illegally used my property as a dumpster because it was easier, faster and cheaper to throw all the old shingles, nails and debris over the side of a long narrow house vs carry everything to the front. If you had asked me in advance, I would have planned for and allowed it, but your didn't. There's no debating it - TOTALLY unprofessional!
T	*TT** on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I hired deluca 14 years ago to install a new black roof, as did a few of my neighbours. I purchased a 25 year shingle, which they advised me to do, and left on vacation. I came back and saw that they had installed the wrong colour roof on my house, a grey colour. Given that my house is my biggest asset, I asked them to install the correct colour, and they did. Incidently, they also installed the wrong colour roof on my neighbour's house. It's been nothing but problems, and the shingles fly off my house and the grit off the shingles are on my patio table all the time. Deluca blamed it first on the material used and told me to contact the manu of the shingle, the shingle company pointed me back at deluca, deluca told me the wind was the cause and that I would have to pay to repair. I did business with deluca and not the shingle company so thought this was poor form on the part of deluca. So I agreed to pay to have it fixed, and wouldn't you know they used the wrong colour shingle to do the repairs, so they didn't charge me for the "work" they did...and the shingles continue to fly off. Btw, my neighbour had his roof replaced again 2 years ago. I would not do business with this company again, workmanship was poor. PS I had the original roof for 15+ years with not 1 missing shingle.
J	Jessica Roglic on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We hired DeLuca Roofing in October 2021 to replace our roof, to repair damaged decking and re-route/attach proper ventilation from our second floor bathroom fan. I found them to be very responsive and accommodating from my initial communication through to the end of the project. A bin was delivered in advance of the project start to ensure proper disposal of materials. Tarps were placed around the property to catch falling debris and cleaned up during and at the end of each day. The team was courteous, friendly and respectful. I would not hesitate to recommend DeLuca Roofing.
