He was instrumental with the warranty claim we had with BP Canada regarding shingles that we had installed in 2005. In all honestly, if it wasn’t for Dave’s assistance, we would not have received a settlement. His price was very competitive and we are very happy with the finished project. Have and would recommend Lakeshore Roofing and Eavestroughing.

His price was the most reasonable and when he came by he provided us with a good explanation of what was needed. The entire process was smooth done in a few days, from dropping off the bin and shingles to completing the project and having the bin picked up. The work was very quiet, the crew was great and clean up was excellent - we have not found a single nail anywhere. Highly recommend!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In late Fall we had a leak from our skylight after some heavy rain. In a panic we reached out to a Lakeshore roofing, who had done our roof about 15 years ago. David picked up the call, came out right away and put an effective temporary fix in place to get us through the winter. As soon as the temperature allowed, they came out and replaced the skylight. We were very happy with the cost, workmanship and communication. The roof is still going strong as well. We highly recommend Lakeshore Roofing & Eavestroughing for all your roofing needs.
