Waited a long time to get an an appointment. Had to go 7 times to get my childs wart frozen last appointment I waited an Hour and left. Went to a Dr who prescibed something that actually is working. The receptionists are not experienced enough to know booking clients in every 10 to 15 minutes will cause many to be late. Why should clients be on time if the Clinic cannot be.

Although running behind by an hour, Dr. Marni is personable and attentive and immediately puts at ease my elderly mother, who is so often mistreated by other doctors. Dr. Marni has provided 10 years of quality care to my mother and we are appreciative and grateful to her. If you are referred to see her at her clinic, you will be a very fortunate patient, indeed.

The Doctor is very nice. Sometimes the wait is long but I understand that she is a busy Doctor. She knows her stuff. On the plus side you don't have to pay for parking. The staff are nice but I see that they have to put up with a lot of people asking questions about how much longer. How does she know she isn't in the room. Give her a break.

Marnie is the finest dermatologist you could ever hope to find. She is a real artist when it comes to skin/facial rejuvenation. If you had a plastic surgeon do this work it would cost you 2 or 3 times as much. Also the results would not be as good. If you are thinking about a visit do not think- phone and make an appointment Be confident that this is one of the best decisions you have ever made. It does not hurt in that she is a truly fine person. You will enjoy just meeting her.

I arrived early for my appointment, and was told to leave as she was running at least an hour behind. No apology. My appointment was for 1:30. When I indicated that I had other appointments booked, they said I could rebook if she didn't see me in time. I returned at 2:15 and was told I was next. At 2:50 I was taken to a room. At 3:00 an intern saw me. Then I finally saw Dr. Wiseman at about 3:10. While she was informative, the blatant disregard for my time was unacceptable. To make someone wait that long past an appointment time is unreasonable. I respected my appointment time, but the respect wasn't mutual. I was told to rebook if I couldn't wait. Who can take time off work multiple times for one appointment? I was told to "go shopping" as she was running behind. An assumption that I could or would want to go spend money was one thing, but a larger implication would have been being seen shopping while away from work for an appointment. Employers call that theft of time and it is very much frowned upon. Hopefully I don't need to see this dermatologist again. Other medical offices run tight ships. You don't make the doc wait, and they won't make you wait. There is no excuse to run that far behind.

It seems to be a common issue at Skinwise. I understand that wait times can vary due to daily obligations but when they are excessively long it's time to review your scheduling practices. Others may excuse wait times but my times is as valuable as a doctor's and should be respected. As a teacher I have a very strict and uncompromising schedule. I also was given some samples that did not work and actually created an outbreak. Thankfully, I never purchased this unreasonably priced ointment. Lastly, no follow up on the appointment. I will not be returning.

UPDATE: Unfortunately, the disorganization continued. I made a point of informing the clinic, at the conclusion of my consult, that I had recently changed pharmacists and to ensure that my prescriptions were sent to the correct pharmacy. Well, being detail-oriented is not this clinics strongest point. My prescriptions were sent to the wrong pharmacy on Wednesday June 30. I didn't hear back from my pharmacy that day since the prescriptions were sent to the wrong place. Everything was closed for July 1. I called to check the status of my prescriptions and my pharmacy still had not received the fax so I called the clinic and re-stated that I had changed pharmacies, but even the fax that was re-sent was once again sent to the wrong pharmacy, which was also closed over the weekend... FINALLY, on Monday, my pharmacist looked into what was going on and was kind enough to fix the mess the clinic created, however, this delayed me receiving my urgently needed prescriptions for almost a week as I finally received them Tuesday July 6. PAY ATTENTION WHEN CLIENTS TRY TO PREVENT MISTAKES BY EMPHASIZING IMPORTANT DETAILS!! Original Review: Dr. Wisemen is great. Her receptionist is completely incapable of doing her job. Due to her incompetence, I waited an extra nine months for a follow up. My initial consult was in Oct 2020, I was supposed to have a follow-up in December 2020. It is now July 2021 and I FINALLY had my follow up. Find a new receptionist! Your clients deserve better.

Hi have had Melanoma and visited Marni once they where removed. On my second checkup which is ever 6 months she told me I do not need to come back again. This is crazy as I have to have the other areas check that could potentially become melanoma, this is unprofessional and scary as it could affect my health if not caught in time..
