★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great Corporate Law firm. William Marks assisted me with the purchase of a new business for a restaurant. Fees were very reasonable and he patiently answered all of my questions. He returns calls and e-mails on the same day which is rare these days. He handled everything including the transfer of the liquor licence and insured that I was legally protected. Lawyer was very knowledgeable and it was obvious that he is an expert in purchasing businesses. He is a very aggressive negotiator in terms of getting me the best deal and terms with respect to the negotiation and completion of my Asset Purchase Agreement.

I was very happy with the professionalism and expertise of this law firm. The lawyer returned all of my calls on the same day and was very attentive to all of the needs of our corporation. He kept me informed throughout the entire process of the transaction. This is our first home and we heard so many stories about closings that were stressful/delayed. This was not the case with Denise, Anna, Joseph, and team. They were always on top of everything, and always responsive to our questions; they made us feel stress free on the whole process. During the COVID 19 pandemic, they made the signing of documents very easy and fluid with a virtual meeting. If anyone is closing in the near future, we would recommend Marks & Ciraco. 5 Stars!
