We ordered our organic, fresh turkey months in advance and when we got it home discovered that there was large pieces of skin missing from the turkey, which I believe the sales assistant purposefully hid by only showing us the good side of the turkey. When we called to complain we were told that it was a 'utility turkey' and that they were 20% cheaper than other turkeys but did not receive this discount. My husband returned the turkey and received attitude and huffiness from the sales assistant which was disgusting as we were the ones who were inconvenienced and left trying to find an organic turkey 2 days before Christmas! We only eat organic meat and used to spend a lot of money at this store but will never give them another cent of our money again.

Hand-cut for us by Dan, at over an inch thick they were outstanding steaks and beautifully complemented with Mark's scallops and salmon filet for appetizers. We have another pair of ribeyes (vacuum packed) in the fridge to have in another day or two and are very much looking forward to them.

It was around $40 so pretty reasonable and a lot more meat on the ribs compared to the grocery store. The service was friendly and fast. I was very pleased with the quality of the beef, sourced locally from Chatham Ontario. I will hit up Mark's again for my meat needs.
