She took the time to email us the different neighbourhoods with relevant lisitings prior to coming to look at houses. When we found the house we liked, she suggested something with our offer in a multi-offer situation that I know got us the house (which I would have never thought of myself). After the deal was closed, she continued to be present touching base and making sure we had everything alined for a smooth transition into the house. Though out this whole experience, Marisa was on the ball and on top of everything. Every-time I had a question, she answered immediately. She never made us fell pressured into a house, and or frustrated if we didn't like something. She is extremely knowledgable about the housing market, construction of homes and good at reading what you are looking for. I would never hesitate to use Marisa and recommend her to anyone looking to buy or purchase a house! Thank you!

We found her to be very approachable, understanding of our needs and easy to communicate.
