It’s been a week since I contacted my realtor since when I bought my place it says the ac was working. There is no response. The shower has half of the tiles broken and the other shower is put together with wood planks and double sided tape. None of these problems were revealed during the inspection. Glad I found the problems with the place before everything leaks.
 The air-conditioned room in the new house I bought was broken. The bathroom was glued with double-sided collagen. The tiles in my other bathroom were cracked. My lawyer is David Monday. My realtor is Matt Lee. Matt was introduced by someone I know. I have emailed them. It's been a week and the lawyer didn't return to me. The realtor bluntly said that he has contacted the lawyer. Just like this, we need to install a new bathhouse. Fortunately, I found it early, otherwise the leak would be over.
