I have purchased and sold several houses over the past couple of decades, using many different realtors. Mary Kathryn was a pleasure to work with. The housing market was a very competitive sellers market, which made finding a house and having a successful offer very stressful. Mary Kathryn and Samantha helped me look at about 12-15 houses. They responded quickly to all of my texts, and shifted their schedule several times to show me a house that had just come on the market. With each house, they showed me comparable property sales in the neighbourhood. I finally put in a successful offer. I completely trusted both Mary Kathryn and Samantha throughout the day experience.They were professional yet very attentive at all times. I felt like I was their only client! They were knowledgeable and knew the neighbourhoods in Kingston. After my successful offer, Mary Kathryn sent a checklist to guide me through important dates before the closing of my house, and had a huge 'thank you ' basket delivered to my home!! I walked away , extremely happy, from this house buying experience. 10/10!!

As fairly inexperienced buyers/sellers, they were patient and informative throughout each step. We trusted their judgement when it came to the updates and configuration they recommended to sell our home for what we felt it was worth. They were genuine and shared their experiences in a way that made us feel confident in their approach to selling our home. And when deciding on an offer, which is a very stressful process, they explained every detail and potential scenario, so we could mentally prepare. They assured us that the counter offer we received was a common part of the process. It helped us to remain calm and focused on goal of securing a deal for our dream home. These ladies actually care about the buyer/seller experience. It shows in every detail and thoughtful touch (eg brought cleaning supplies the day we took possession of our new home ☺️). They still check in on us to make sure we’re content. It’s a lasting relationship. I don’t plan to move anytime soon, but if I needed to, I know who I would call!

She was quick at replying to ALL of our questions and provided a lot of market research and information that allowed us to make the right decision on a house, location and offer price. She is knowledgeable on the various areas to live in Kingston, and really took the time to understand what we wanted and ensured she catered our search based on our families needs and requests. She was available for all the viewings we requested and on a short notice (given we are moving across the country and wanted to view homes via facetime, than fly home to see houses we put offers on). Her team including Sam is also amazing. Sam was very quick to respond to questions with thorough responses and additional tools, research that we did not request, but appreciated greatly! thank you both from our family
