She provided us with detailed information on the current market and set realistic expectations. Maria's detailed research into our home and comparables was very apparent. Maria and her team worked extremely hard to get our house ready to sell including staging, small home improvements, and cleaning. She came up with a great strategy for maximizing offers. In a volatile market where it was difficult for other agents to get showings, we had overwhelming interest and sold within 2 days and over $300K over asking.
