Party of 3 on a Wednesday night, made reservations ahead of time. We were seated at 6:30pm and given menus. At 7pm I finally got up to see if someone was going to take our order. Drinks + food order placed shortly after that. At 7:30pm I had to get up again to see if were were ever going to see our order (one of the food items was a simple order of chips and salsa!). Shortly after that our drinks arrived (the fire margarita has zero fire and tastes like it comes from a mix) but it wasn't until 8:05pm that the main dinner item arrived: 3 tacos. While we waited 1.5 hours we watched other customers around us being seated, orders taken, food brought out, food cleared. There was some apology made by the host, but our waitress could barely utter a "thank you for being patient" and didn't seem the least bit concerned about our experience. It was really quite unreal. So you can understand why we weren't even phased about the avocado sticker in the guac. ZERO intent to return.

The manager went above and beyond to seat us in a timely manner despite being told they were short staffed. We appreciated her honesty. Our server, she had an Islands accent and I wish she told us her name, provided a great customer service experience. It was our first date night in 2 years and Margarita made it a memorable one. We ordered the small nachos, empanadas and beef Margarita burrito with a pitcher of Cerveza de la Casa draft to wash it down. All the food was fresh, tasty with good portion sizes. Great spot for Γ  pregame meal but I recommend coming before 5.

Went at a quiet time. Enjoyed the food enough. It was decent but on bland side, nothing spectacular. (Hot sauce helped). Service was pleasant. Would go back to try something else & have a drink on the patio. Dined there after mandates lifted. Staff don't wear masks (which is allowed, but I prefer when they do). Appreciate the hand sanitizer at entrance & server sanitizing the physical menus close to closing time. Glad they have printed menu too.

Wife and I were in the mood for some authentic Mexican cuisine. Decided to try the restaurant around the corner from us. We ordered the $10 Aztec soup which was absolutely delicious. Also it being taco Tuesday we each ordered 3 tacos $12 chicken pork and beef (guisado style, braised and pulled)….Also very tasty. The food and service was good. Only wish is that is had more of Mexican ambiance and less club feel. Would recommend and we will return.

I initially came here expecting a casual dinning experience but I was thoroughly surprised with an upscale dining experience somewhere between fine dining and casual. The food on the menu reflects a chef and cook staff that enjoy exploring flavor and food combinations that you will not find in other restaurants. I also enjoyed the wait staff that gave you space to talk and enjoy your food and conversation and wasn't always at your table. However if you needed something it wouldn't take anytime at all to catch the attention of a member of staff. If you do decide to go here I would highly recommend getting one of their margaritas.

The costumer service was excellent but the empanadas were really small. The dish I order it was really good. Although the tacos were really saggy. It think the environment and design could be improved

This restaurant is in a great location on bank street. When we walked in we were welcomed by a host/waiter. He was very friendly and professional. The design of the restaurant has great potential, but there are some parts that may need to be updated. The menu was a decent size. We got the horchata water and hibiscus water. The horchata water was amazing and actually my favorite part of the meal and the hibiscus water was good as well. For our appetizer we got the three empanadas (chicken, vegetable and meat). The filling of the empanadas were good, but we found that they were a little too hard and small for our liking. For the main dishes we got the beef tacos and the skirt steak. The tacos were average because the meat lacked flavour and they were sitting in a bed of tomato sauce which made them soggy. The steak was good along with the sides that came along with it (plantain, rice, guacamole and beans). The only issue I had was I asked for it to be well done, but it wasn’t and the plantains had cheese on it which I felt took away from the taste. We wanted to get dessert but decided against it because we were so full after the meal. Overall this was a good experience and I am curious about trying some of the other options on the menu.

What a wonderful patio restaurant! Amazing cocktails (esp the tamarind margarita), great seafood tacos. Wasn’t a fan of the pork tacos as too hard and no taste but the guacamole was other worldly! Would highly recommend!!! Wait staff lovely too and are open to conversation.
