β β β β β The ice cream was amazing, you got to see them mix all the ingredients in it right in front of your eyes, they had countless toppings and flavors to choose from it was definitely a big hit. Also they have special ice cream sandwiches you can fill with your choice of ice cream, a cool and creative idea that is definitely a win

β β β β β We went to this amazing place with our friends to celebrate Motherβs Day and all of us liked the delicious recipes that they have. This place has freshly made ice creams and have lots of toppings to choose. The new management was very nice and helpful in making decision. Definitely recommend this place for your family outing. β β β β β I have been to this particular Marble Slab location twice now, both miserable experiences. I won't even get into the first one (which was about a year ago). The visit yesterday sealed the deal - I won't be back to this location again. I can understand that there are new staff and this is a challenging time in the service industry. I am more than pleasant when encountering these scenarios, but staff have to try a bit harder at the basics of their new job. I ordered the Birthday Bonanza cone, which is specifically on their menu. The staff member had no clue about the cone and I told her three times what it included, which she paid no mind to. What ultimately inspired me to leave a review was the fact that when scooping in the mix-ins, the staff member seemingly concluded that a single gummy bear for one of the entire scoops (out of two) was acceptable instead of recognizing the scoop had only one and reach back for more. New or not, this is ridiculous. I also said I would have it on a regular waffle cone. My final product was placed in a soft and stale wafer cone bowl and the nibble I took tasted weeks old. At this point I was fed up and just wanted to leave. A waste of $9 for a tiny scoop with five gummy bears and fifteen sprinkles. New management, but no better than the previous. I will note that I have never experienced this in any other Marble Slab location and have no issue visiting those establishments again.

β β β β β Havenβt been to this marble slab location in a while so was looking forward to a great experience as usual. Ended up very disappointed with the ice cream that I ordered yesterday evening. Customer service was pleasant and welcoming, however, my ice cream was not as I expected: not enough mix-in ingredients and was not mixed thoroughly. By the looks of what I observed yesterday, Iβm not even sure they have been trained on how to fold and mix all the ingredients thoroughly or are even familiar with the marble slab ice cream menu and the mix-in ingredients. Donβt think Iβll be returning to this location anytime soon ??

β β β β β A friend highly recommended their ice cream cakes so I decided to order one for my sonβs birthday. The website was easy to navigate and the descriptions, while simple, gave a decent idea of what to expect.
Pick up experience was pleasant. I was greeted and offered assistance as soon as I arrived and my order was brought out to me. The staff member opened the box to show me my order so I could verify it was correct.
I had brought a small cooler bag to keep the cake frozen as I was told it only required 10 minutes before serving. The lady kindly offered to help me manoeuvre the cake inside my floppy cooler bag so I would tip the box, all with a friendly smile.
The ice cream cake was delicious and our guests enjoyed it very much, commenting that it tasted like real cream, not artificial flavouring.
Will definitely be back and looking forward to trying some of the other flavours. Only suggestion to Marble Slab Creamery is that selection is limited if one is concerned about nut allergies as many of the cakes have nuts in them.

β β β β β A big shout out to the entire team at Marble Slab Creamery for making my son's birthday extra special , they worked with us through out the order and even accommodated our last minute changes . We could not stop ourselves from packing a few scoops of their delicious ice creams during our design trip . The place is very clean and the team is welcoming .. we look forward to many more visits .
