★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My boyfriend and I walked in around 8PM on Thursday, not so busy. We placed our orders, paid and we walked out. I took a bite and thought to myself, 'this vanilla ice cream tastes funny'. I asked him to try it, turns out it's coconut ice cream. Gross. I ordered vanilla ice cream with butterfingers. He asked me to try his and asked me what I thought it was, I said cheesecake. I asked him what he ordered and he said birthday cake ice cream with raspberries and skor. I don't know why the order was incorrect, it was such an easy order!
I've also never seen a Marble Slab franchise weigh their ice cream before adding mix-ins.
Don't waste your time coming here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am disappointed for two different reasons. I order through skip the dish most of the time. On more than one occasion I’ve order order ice cream with mix ins. It was more like the candy (mix ins) than ice cream when I was expecting ice cream and mix ins. Different from when I order it in store it’s always perfect! Second would be why I went as far as to write a review. I would like to be able to purchase the gourmet popcorn through skip. Some locations have this option and some don’t. I would love it if this was made available.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We purchased a mother's day icecream cake, apple crumble, and could not eat it. Too much crumble and hardly any icecream. We returned the cake to marble slab. Not sure if we will try another .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely terrible service. Every time I go in a young lady—Ashley I believe—treats me with a very rude attitude. I can see her talking about me to her coworkers and laughing, terrible demeanour, and almost slammed the receipt when she gave it to me. Such a shame, the ice cream is decent but I don’t think I will be coming back with this service. Other reviews will attest to the customer service at this location.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I visited the store at 9:48 pm. But it was closed even though it said that it was closing at 10 pm. That’s ridiculous. There were no employees over there, no open sign, lights off, screens all covered. They can’t do that. As it was supposed to be open till 10 pm. Really disappointed with the incident.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So I ordered a marble slab ice cream cake for my son's birthday, I sent a picture stating, I want the cake like this one.. when you say like this one, I expect to get the same as the one that I sent, including the same color. But verey dissapointed.. They gave me a color pick cake instead of green. I understand that they can't make exactly the same decoration as what I want like the picture so they send and alternate picture, but the color???. It ruins my son's birthday. And there's nothing they could do about it. Not even a word of apology.
