Being a first time home buyer, I had little knowledge on how the market works and what to look for in a house. With Deepak and Ashu's advise, our house search was smooth and targeted. We recently had the pleasure of dealing with Deepak and Ashu. We met them through my sister and brother-in-law who happened to be their clients (sometime around Sept) too. Both of them are really accommodating and exceptionally responsive even though we were communicating on different time zones. We know Deepak and Ashu since 2018 when they helped us with our search for a rented property. That time we had an outstanding experience throughout the entire process and that experience resonated with us so well that we couldn’t trust anyone other than Deepak and Ashu to buy our first house in Canada, so we contacted them almost after three years after speaking with many other realtors (they don’t know yet actually ?). Now we have finally bought our new house (detached property under a million-dollar especially when the prices are skyrocketing, you know how’s the market has been in 2021 in GTA region), we now realize that we worked with one of the hidden gems in Canada that not many people have access to. They spend extra time and effort and make sure clients understand the entire home buying or selling process by being 100% transparent and honest. I remember I used to call them at 8:00 AM and ask so many questions and they were happy to answer all my queries. There are few traits which as a buyer or seller you would like to see in your real estate agent and the top 3 qualities come to my mind which we experienced personally are below: Tech Savviness: A very few realtors I know of who really are Tech Savvy and, without any doubt Deepak and Ashu are one of them. This always gives them an additional advantage over other realtors. It’s not about keeping a laptop and having internet but it’s more about getting all the tools ready when you need them in most difficult situations such as pre-emptive offers, reaching out to other party and cracking the deal by collecting all the statistics or facts on the fly. Integrity: Deepak and Ashu absolutely hold high ethical and moral standards. They are committed to doing what’s right for their client because if your realtor is only intelligent, initiative, energetic without integrity then it may cause you trouble for a very big time and you know that what I am saying. Attention to Details: Whether it’s house prices comparison or small stuff which can easily be overlooked, they make sure everything is in line with the client's wish list and as per standards. There are many more qualities such as “Ability to Negotiate”, “Ability to Listen”, “Available to answer any silliest query that you may have” but then the review will more look like an essay which I am sure you don’t want to read.

I would like to thank Mr. Deepak Gupta from Maple Tree Realtors for helping me in getting a good place in Mississauga. I had to move from Montreal and there were some major last minute changes and requirements at my end. Mr. Gupta coordinated with me in the most effective way I can imagine and was able to arrange house viewings even at the last moment. Even though I was worried of whether I would be able get a good place before I move to Mississauga, he was confident and took care of the entire process with great aplomb. He supported me throughout the process. Right from showing me the apartment to actually taking the keys and settling down in the place.
