I was recommended to Pankaj by a previous customer and was super apprehensive as it is my First House, but it was delight working with him and his team. He is systematic in his approach and has nuanced knowledge of his trade, using both he was able to provide me with much more competitive rates from 3 different A lenders than BMO or Scotia. During my entire purchase process, he was the only 'consultant' who empathized that I was a first time buyer and entertained my queries even after work-hours. My heartfelt thanks & gratitude to him and his team!!
