She exceeded my expectations for my wedding florals and arch and continued to reassure my nerves when my favourite flowers suddenly got unexpectedly wiped out in South America. The time, care and hard work she puts in to her pieces really show and working with her and the girls is an absolute dream. I couldn't have imagined anyone else creating my wedding florals, thank you SO much for making my floral dream come true. xo

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Do not order anything online from here, go inside to see what you are getting. I say this because I made an order to get a bouquet delivered to my fiancé on our anniversary in her office. I DID NOT get what I should of got on the picture. I even paid extra for the “deluxe package”. I was charged 94 dollars to get SMALL bouquet of Lilly’s and please mums delivered ONE BLOCK AWAY from their shop. They didn’t even last a week with my fiancé diligently taking care of them.
After all of this happened, I emailed a complaint and all they could do for me is send me 20 percent of the purchase back onto my card. It has been 2 weeks and I still do not have my money back. I’m no longer getting a response back from their customer service over email and I’m also unable to get through to their customer service over the phone!! I will take this review down once this is addressed by an agent with this company and by the way, 20 percent isn’t enough. I couldn’t of been less satisfied with what I got.

Absolutely the most stunning bouquet we've ever received. Almost 4 weeks later and we still have the beautiful roses in a vase. The presentation, quality and freshness, our compliments to you. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Maple Ridge Florist provided the floral decor for our wedding in April! We got floral for our arch, bridesmaids bouquets, and everything else to decorate the barn for our rustic and romantic themed wedding! The only floral we did not get through them was my bouquet as it came with my elopement package. The service was wonderful and our floral was dreamy! We also just love their store! My husband bought two decorative vintage truck flower pots and we bought our clock from them too! Thank you Maple Ridge Florist for being a part of our special day!
