They were such a pleasure to work with - so friendly, knowledgeable and experienced, and very understanding of my vision and budget. I can't wait to use them for future events and highly recommend to everyone!! You won't be disappointed :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This was the first time I ordered from Floretta Flowers, requiring an arrangement to help a friend overcome her grief. My friend was so happy to receive the arrangement, and was very happy that the shop called and explained things about caring for it. The shop had previously called me to explain a slight problem with delivery (which they had resolved easily). They have the best customer service! I definitely recommend them to anyone who needs flowers in the Maple Ridge area.

The flowers were delivered on time and my wife absolutely loves them. From start to finish they were fantastic. I will definitely use them again and would recommend them to anyone that needs a florist.

She was prompt in responding to my emails, and was able to accommodate my delivery times on pretty short notice I’d say. The driver was early, kudos to him to be able to deliver with all this snow we had last night. I’ll be supporting Floretta going forward in my floral needs!
