★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rhonda, Roger, and Ashley are fantastic!! ... and super friendly, and upbeat, and genuinely love what they do. I have been going to Frans' Flowers for the past 9 months, for birthdays, special occasions, anniversaries, forgotten anniversaries. I have even gotten flowers when there was no occasion. And I have never been disappointed.
The prices are very reasonable, the arrangements are a work of art, and the service.. you can't beat. Highly recommended.

They were an absolute pleasure to deal with. Very responsive and willing "to go the extra mile" to ensure a satisfied customer.

Over the years there have been disappointing orders from “ other” companies and now I have found Fran’s online. Their communication is great and their arrangements are well designed and a great value. The secret to repeat business is always “ give the customer a little more than expected “- and I have to say they have that mastered!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'd give zero stars if I could for the terrible customer service from the design centre. Bought online, arrangements conveniently lacked the most expensive flowers advertised on the site for those arrangements with no on par replacements made in the product received. Contacted them and got a super sarcastic response and no effort to actually satisfy or retain us as customers. Not only that, but in less than 24 hours, half the flowers were majorly wilted or dead, which happens regularly because they often sell old flowers that die almost immediately. Tried to act like they did me a favour by upholding a promise made by their own rep that was apparently not something they should have promised. Go elsewhere, these clowns are not worth spending a dime with.
